Signs of dehydration:
- feeling lightheaded, dizzy, or tired
 - rapid heartbeat
 - drips lips and mouth
 
How to prevent dehydration:
- Drink water! It is a good idea to drink water before, during, and after you play... especially if you are playing in the heat.
 - Wear cool clothes
 - Take breaks
